Plasma treatment is used to alter the surface properties on a wide range of materials vastly improving the adhesion of media, such as glue, ink and paint. Plasma treatment also cleans and activates surfaces thereby improving adhesion.

Plasma is effective for cleaning surfaces by removing impurities, contaminants, residue, and organic compounds. This process, called micro cleaning or etching, provides another important aspect in improving adhesion. What’s more, surface activation by plasma treatment is exceedingly fast, effective, economical and environmentally safe. Materials Cleaning

DaiSurface® plasma is a highly efficient cleaning surface system. With a strong electric field, the high kinetic energy of ions and electrons collide with the surface, therefor the dirt on surface is cleaned and bacteria is also are killed by oxidation. All molecular contamination residues are decomposed as well. The surface is super clean without the changing of physical and chemical properties. The system offers solutions for any type of contamination, for any substrate and any post-treatment. Plasma process is used for pretreatment process of gluing, printing, painting, bonding, coating, etching.

Activation of materials

Good wettability is a prerequisite for the adhesion of binding partners in painting, gluing, printing or bonding. DaiSurface® plasma with non-chemical is a highly efficient system for activation and absorption surface. In the plasma environment, the elements on the polarized surface such as glass, ceramics and plastics, etc are bombarded by high kinetic energy of ions and electrons to create polarization surface. And then it has a very high absorbency. This process can apply for additive in paints, disinfection reduction in seeds, minimized slide friction, fiber activation, plastic activation.

Coating of material

DaiSurface®, a highly effective plasma Nano-coating technology is used to coat function, waterproof and anti-bacterial, surface. With plasma, surface can be tempered with various coats. This is done by supplying gaseous and liquid starting substances. In the plasma the coating materials crosslink to form long-chain polymers. The selection of raw materials determines the coat characteristics such as Hydrophobic, Hydrophilic, Scratch protection, corrosion protection, Carbon coats, Diffusion barrier, Anti-friction coats, Nonstick coats, Adhesion promoter, Nano-silver.
